HRBP (Based in Sriracha)
Mind Edge Recruitment Co., Ltd.- Coordinate with various departments to develop and execute HR strategies in areas such as workforce planning, workforce capability, and employee experience to align with and support business goals.
- Conduct research, analyze HR analytics and industry trends, and leverage multiple methods to develop HR solutions and initiatives.
- Work closely with HRBP, HR CoE, and the HR execution team to ensure the successful implementation of HR strategies that align with corporate targets.
- Act as a strategic internal consultant for People & Organization, designing tools, processes, and systems that support business direction and growth projects.
- 2-3 years of experience in Human Resource and Organizational Development or related fields.
- Experience in the petroleum and petrochemical industries is an advantage.
- Minimum TOEIC score of 550.
- Bachelor's degree with a minimum GPA of 2.75.
- Strong strategic and analytical thinking, with excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Exceptional collaboration, verbal and written communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in both Thai and English.
- Proven project management skills, with a track record of handling cross-functional initiatives.
- Strong business acumen and knowledge of industry trends, complexities, and sector dynamics.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with extensive relationships and networks with key stakeholders.
