Technical Support Officer

- Assist in new product development, quality improvement, and the identification of new feedstock supply sources.
- Provide technical support to external customers, alongside or independently from Sales executives, on product properties, applications, and reformulation advice.
- Address customer queries/complaints regarding technical aspects and quality control, offering appropriate solutions.
- Ensure that all products meet customer satisfaction requirements and consistently achieve high quality and reliability standards.
- Oversee operations at sites/terminals to ensure compliance with international standards, including ISO 9000/14000.
- Regularly monitor product quality using statistical control methods, alerting the sales team to any abnormal trends.
- Develop and maintain TQA/TQC or other quality assurance systems to ensure that all products meet customer specifications.
- Technical background in Chemistry, Petroleum, or Chemical Engineering, acquired through formal education and/or relevant experience.
- Strong technical analysis and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex technical data.
- Solid knowledge of marketing with the ability to apply it to technical aspects.
- Proactive, self-driven, and capable of delivering results independently.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with fluency in English.
- Willingness and ability to travel both domestically and internationally.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry, Petroleum, Chemical Engineering, or related fields, with approximately 5 years of technical experience.
- Minimum GPA of 2.75 and TOEIC score of 550.
