QSHE Management coordinator (Based in Sriracha)
Mind Edge Recruitment Co., Ltd.- Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of QSHE management systems.
- Ensure that all QSHE policies, procedures, and standards are up to date and comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Support the integration of QSHE principles into daily operations.
- Identify non-conformities, propose corrective actions, and follow up to ensure implementation.
- Coordinate with the Compliance team to ensure alignment with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Advise on and maintain Document Control in compliance with management system standards.
- Follow up on and provide advice regarding non-conformities and recommendations from internal/external audits.
- Lead and follow up on risk activities and opportunities according to the management system.
- Assist in the investigation of accidents, incidents, and near misses, ensuring that root causes are identified and corrective actions are implemented.
- Maintain a database of incidents and ensure timely reporting to relevant authorities.
- Ensure effective integration of all management systems within the organization.

- 2+ years of experience in ISO auditing, SHE, Compliance, or Risk Management.
- Experience in Management System implementation and System Integration is highly preferred.
- Relevant work experience is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as Science, Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, Engineering, or Quality Management.
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Managerial skills required.
- Fast learner with a strong work ethic.
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team, meeting deadlines and completing assignments.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and good human relations.
- Minimum GPA of 2.75 and TOEIC score of 550.
