- Research and share technology-related information for aluminum products.
- Manage laboratory operations and ensure tool calibration.
- Inspect aluminum quality and resolve production issues.
- Organize and maintain technical data storage.
- Design and update tooling systems and drawings.
- Train and evaluate employees, proposing improvement plans.
- Ensure safety compliance and participate in safety activities.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Metallurgical, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
- Any gender, 30+ years old, with 8+ years of experience in lab management and metal forming simulation.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SOLIDWORKS, and HyperWorks for FEA.
- Knowledgeable in GMP, HACCP, ISO14001, ISO45001, ISO9001, and BRC.
- Skilled in planning, problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical thinking.
- Proficient in English.
