Key Account Manager
Haadthip Public Company Limited (Songkhla)- Manage the sales planning to achieve sales plan, product mix and profit objectives.
- Coordinate with both internal and external teams to ensure successful execution of marketing plan on new product launch, promotion program, in-store execution to deliver profit/volume plan, market share goals and meet customer objectives.
- Develop and manage the trading term for negotiation with customer.
- Collaborate within Coca-Cola system and with customers Top-toto conduct business review, annual Joint Business Plan.
- Strengthen good relationship with customer. Provide them business with strategy, goals, and plans of the department including sharing market information and coordinating in solving business and product problems.
- Strong relationship management with buyer, trade spending
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, General Management or other related fields (with work experience)
- Have at least 5 years of experience working in Key Account or in the sales of consumer goods.
- Leadership, good interpersonal skills, communication skills and negotiation skills.
- Problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
