Talent Acquisition Manager
Haadthip Public Company Limited (Songkhla)- Running end-to-end recruitment process and Attracting candidates using various sources.
- Screening CV’s and setting up the right talent pipeline, cultivating and bringing high potential profiles.
- Work closely with manager & head leader and hiring employee to develop and deliver hiring plans.
- Prepare offer package with analyze information to propose to hiring manager and make the offer package to the selected candidate.
- Responsible for workforce planning, manage and control recruitment budget.
- Supervise and control the organizational structure: analyze and collect information for the organizational structure.
- Generate a Hiring Schedule to address manpower planning and management with manager and Head leader.
- Drive a proactive fulfilment of manpower business requirements through developing extensive network in the market.
- Sourcing and discovering talents for open positions using job boards, social media, company’s career website & Facebook Fan Page, referral program, etc.
- Plan & create contents and campaigns for all channels.
- Developing new recruitment-related activities and new search channels.
- Building the relationship and working with recruitment agencies.
- Adjusting and developing the job description as well as standard, and publishing on job channels.
- Raising brand awareness in social media and online platforms.
- Responsible for the creation of recruitment related and employer branding materials.
- Initiate projects to improve employer branding, as well as candidate journey and experiences.
- Taking charge of planning, developing, managing and overseeing employer branding activities.
- Manage careers communication channels such as Career Website, Linkedin, Facebook & Tiktok.
- Responsible for Employer Branding & recruitment projects, such as new graduate recruitment, road show, open house, job fairs, career events, walk-in interview, etc.
- Professional networks, University, College, Vocational students Job Fairs and initiate activities for campus recruitment.
- Responsible for planning annual internship calendar for proactive sourcing.
- Gather requirements internship and plan activities to fulfill those needs.
- Recruitment tracking reports and update manpower.
- Using & Update HRIS for recruitment system,
- Prepare report in responsible function to monitor recruitment performance and ensure recruitment progress is on track.
- Preparation for examine the rate of employee turnover.
- Delivering management reports and overseeing many projects as specified.
On and Off boarding program & Orientation
- Implement an Onboarding program for new recruits to accelerate performance delivery, enhance culture-fitting, build a sense of belonging and effective team bonding and networking at workplace, and embed Haadthip culture and High-Performance Culture.
- Maintain job description and titles database.
- Supervisory the recruitment team and help them grow.
- Measure recruitment & Employer Branding's work and make sure it helps the company's goals.
- Knowledge of full-cycle recruitment processes and employer branding techniques.
- Recruitment Marketing tools
- Possess good Recruitment Knowledge, Planning, Organizing and communication skills.
- Well knowledge in labor law and type of employment contract.
- Good understanding of Employer Branding strategies
- Proficient in all social media platforms and multimedia tools.
- Proficient Data report: Pivot-VLOOKUP, Excel and PowerPoint skill
- Understanding HRIS for recruitment system,
- Highly collaborative, open, trustworthy personality, and strong relationship building.
- Structured and process-driven.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, Political Science, Industrial Psychology or related field
- At least 10 years working experience in related human resource functions, preferable in recruitment scope from leading companies or recruitment agencies.
- Excellent understanding of recruitment processes.
- Good understanding of Employer Branding strategies
- Understanding of Digital Advertising Agency field is a plus
