Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Team Management:
• Define, plan, and manage the team's work strategically and effectively.
• Oversee and develop the sales team’s systems and processes, while coordinating with relevant internal departments to meet sales targets.
2. Team Development and Capacity Building:
• Identify the team's qualities, capabilities, and skills.
• Provide guidance and coaching to enhance the team’s potential and skills, following the 70:20:10 model for career growth.
• Review training plans, operational process improvements, and adjustments to enhance productivity and teamwork.
• Advise on setting KPIs for each department that align with company-wide KPIs.
• Promote team-building activities and methods that encourage effective teamwork and high performance.
• Monitor team performance, motivate, and encourage continuous development.
• Advise on problem-solving methods for subordinates to handle issues efficiently.
3. DME Budget Management:
• Manage the DME budget efficiently to maximize benefits.
4. Customer, TNTL, and CCTL Relationship Development:
• Build and maintain sustainable relationships with customers.
• Collaborate with TNTL/CCTL to establish strategies for strengthening customer relationships.
• Enhance relationships with TNTL/CCTL to ensure business cooperation and involvement in decision-making for sustainable mutual benefits.
5. Handle other assigned tasks as needed .Build and maintain strong customer relationships to uphold the company’s image and ensure smooth and effective operations.
