POSITION: Client Service Officer – Expat
LOCATION: Silom, Bangkok
JOB TYPE: Permanent
SALARY RANGE: 20,000 – 25,000 baht

Responsibilities:
• Responsible for delivery HR service and consultancy to clients as agreed (SLA)
• Manage all HR-related matters of associates such as Hiring process, orientation package, compensation and benefits, payroll and other administrative
• Maintain and develop good relationship with existing clients as well as contact prospect clients to expand businesses to achieve team target.
• As an HR Consultant, being a focal contact point in dealing with clients and associates
• Manage administrative staff under responsibility to support in all payrolls.
• Developing a good understanding of client companies, their industry, what they do and their work culture and environment.
• Advertising vacancies appropriately by drafting and placing adverts in a wide range of media (e.g., newspapers, websites, magazines).
• Take care of Non-B Visa process, work permit, report 90 days, re-entry and multiple entry for Contractor
• Response for overall payroll, social security fund deduction, tax submission and tax (year-end)
