KEY HIGHLIGHTS:
- Head of the HR department, reporting directly to Managing Director
- Manage full end-to-end HR loop Plan, direct and coordinate the implementation of people-related services, policies, and maintain functions such as talent acquisition, performance management, employee compensation, personnel policies, and regulatory compliance through HR members.
- Assist and advise company managers about Human Resources issues.
- Manage HR team performance by boosting moral through coaching, motivating, training and rewards. And develop a high performing team that meet agreed objectives and delivers best practice results, added value and continuous improvements.
Job Descriptions:
1.Talent Acquisition:
- Develop strategic manpower planning according to company growth strategy and build strong talent pipelines to satisfy the current and future hiring needs
- Establish and lead the standard recruiting and hiring practices and procedures necessary to recruit and hire a superior workforce.
- Work with recruiters to ensure manpower and vacancies fulfilled for both storefront operations and back office.
- Work with top management to develop corporate branding and promote the company as an employer of choice.
2.Performance Management & Development:
- Implement performance management system and establish feedback culture in the company.
- Pro-actively lead activities around performance planning and evaluation advice, including performance management mediation.
- Develop employee promotion and transfer evaluation system to make the purpose of internal equalization and stimulate employees.
- Develop L&D framework, programs for Rocks staff
3.C&B / payroll management:
- Establish the company wage and salary structure, pay policies, and oversee the variable pay systems within the company including bonuses and raises to ensure the company attracts and retains top talent.
- Monitor all pay practices and systems for effectiveness and cost containment.
- Recommend changes in benefits offered, especially new benefits aimed at employee satisfaction and retention and provide guidance regarding employee welfare activities.
- Manage operational monthly payroll to be accurate and consistent with legal requirement
4.HR Policies and procedures / Employee Relations:
- Proactively monitor local and national employment laws and regulations and update HR policies and procedures on a regular basis
- Build up HR document management, the execution rules and work procedures.
- Oversee employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.
- Represent company at personnel-related hearings and investigations.
- Advise management in appropriate resolution of employee relations issues.
5.Internal Communication:
- Support management in building effective internal communication and drive the roll-out of different contents and formats.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Maintain knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.
- Perform other duties as assigned including office management
- Bachelor degree in HR Management or related fields; Master Degree is preferred.
- Minimum 5-10 years experience in HR management and leadership roles.
- Excellent communication in both Thai and English.
- An entrepreneurial mindset with outstanding organizational and leadership skills
