- Identify and cultivate a robust pipeline of qualified business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
- Expand and diversify the client portfolio, consistently increasing the client base.
- Demonstrate deep knowledge of the company’s products and value proposition, effectively communicating benefits to clients.
- Prepare persuasive business proposals, draft, and review contracts to support the sales process.
- 5 – 8 years of proven years of proven experience in sales
- Experience in building and growing sales and solutions team; demonstrate strong capability in planning, strategizing, execution skill and entrepreneurial spirit.
- Have strong relationships with clients.
- Demonstrate track records to over-achieving sales target.
- Demonstrate ability to build and maintain executive level relationships with clients.
- Ability to present in clients and events.
- Be a team player who enjoys working and leading in cross functional team environment.
- Have strong communication skills and fluent in English
