Logistics Customer Service - (Laem Chabang Branch)
OOCL Logistics (Thailand) Ltd.- Coordinate with customers to manage requests, including carrier booking, SI processing, form documentation, and truck booking and planning.
- Monitor truck arrivals to ensure compliance with customer KPIs.
- Oversee the billing process to meet customer cutoff dates, including tracking and managing outstanding payments for assigned customers.
- Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate the customs clearance process.
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of the logistics/shipping industry with 2–3 years of relevant experience.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to perform effectively under pressure.
- Proficiency in IT, computer applications, and e-commerce platforms.
- Highly responsible, service-oriented, and proactive with excellent interpersonal skills.
