Responsibilities :
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the HR solutions market
- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with key stakeholders
- Create and present business proposals to potential clients
- Analyze market trends and recommend new service offerings
- Lead contract negotiations and closing deals
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful service delivery
- Develop long-term business growth strategies
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Management, or related field
- 5+ years of business development experience
- Strong understanding of HR industry and business solutions
- Proven track record in closing high-value deals
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
- Fluent in Thai and English
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
- Established network in the Thai business community
