- Designing and implementing the overall recruiting strategy.
- Preparing and posting job ads in any channels.
- Screening candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications, and performing phone screenings.
- Scheduling interviews and keep calendars for all departments and candidates.
- Conducting interviews and filtering candidates for open positions.
- Assist with new hire onboarding.
- Processing background checks.
- Manage all process job fair and new graduate program.
- Input new employees data and keep employee file.
- Monitoring the probation process.
- Others as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree in related fields.
- Good command of English.
- Good command of Chinese.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and deadline.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Experience with recruitment processes and databases is plus.
- Understanding of employment laws and regulations.
- Have an experience in Human resource department at least 1-2 year.
