This position is responsible for performing system feasibility studies, analyzing and designing systems to meet user’s requirements. Work closely with programmers and software engineers, to manage requirements from users and manage deliverables.
Responsibilities:
• Gathering requirements from users.
• Analysis and design according to requirements transform business requirements into technical solutions.
• Thoroughly review customer input and ask questions to build a better understanding of the requirements & internal assignments.
• Create detailed project documentation, including business process models, use cases, and design Diagram such as workflow diagrams, Sequence Diagram, ER-Diagram etc.
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT) by defining test cases, scenarios, and assisting in issue resolution.
• Provide support to other workstream such as development, testing and deployment activities.
• Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and find customer requirements
• Performing user acceptance testing, documentation, and training users.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science or related field, or equivalent work experience• 2 years of experience in Business Analyst• Comfortable with using computers and various different types of communication software• Experience with Jira management software• Strong application project management skills and design knowledge.• Technical Skills Required: Business analysis, workflow programming experience• Experience in documentation and use-case analysis.• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.• Good knowledge of software development methodology.• Creativity and Service Mind.• Fluent English skills speaking reading and writing.
