- จัดทำ/สรุป บัญชีรายรับ-รายจ่ายบริษัท พร้อมตรวจสอบความถูกต้อง
- จัดทำสรุปยอดขาย (รายอาทิตย์/รายเดือน)
- ดูแลการออกใบกำกับภาษี ใบแจ้งหนี้ ใบวางบิล และเอกสารต่างที่เกี่ยวข้องๆ
- ประสานงานกับหน่วยงานภายในและลูกค้าภายนอกของบริษัทฯ
- ออกใบเสร็จรับเงิน และใบ PO สำหรับการขายและการซื้อทุกรายการ
- สนับสนุนการจัดทำการคำนวนและส่งภาษีของบริษัท
- ดูแลงานบัญชีและการเงินอื่นๆที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
- เก็บดูแลเอกสารทางด้านบัญชีต่างๆ
- จบปริญญาตรีในสาขาบัญชี, การเงิน หรือด้านอื่นๆที่เดี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 1-3 ปีในตำแหน่งเจ้าหน้าที่บัญชี
- มีความรู้ความเชี่ยวชาญในการทำบัญชี งบการเงิน ภาษีหัก ณ ที่จ่าย และภาษีมูลค่าเพิ่ม
- ติดตามข่าวสารและข้อกฏหมายต่างๆอยู่เสมอ
- มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ และสามารถประสานงานกับผู้อื่นได้ดี
- สามารถปฏิบัติงานที่ MRT ลาดพร้าว
