• Build effective visualizations to communicate data to key decision-makers.
• Communicate your findings to cross-functional peers and management.
• Define how our teams measure success, by developing key performance indicators and other user/business metrics
• Analyze complex and large datasets from multiple sources, turning big data into impactful insights.
• Improve business performance by identifying sources of growth, pinpointing issues.
• Design experiments and interpret the results to draw detailed and impactful conclusions.
• Support the data management team in identifying and revising reporting requirements.
• Training end-users on new reports and dashboards.
• Providing technical expertise in data storage structures, data mining, and data cleansing.
1. Educational background in statistics, computer science, other applied sciences or understanding of data science theory.
2. Experience in applying Visualization, Statistical Inference and other Data Mining techniques on variety of data.
3. Proficiency in SQL. Python/R is a plus.
4. Experience using Tableau or other BI Tools for reporting and analyses.
5. Ability and experience in extracting insights from data, and summarizing learning/takeaways.
6. Basic understanding of experimental design (such as A/B experiments) and statistical methods.
7. Experience leading a small team will be a plus.
8. Good command of English is a plus.
