Revenue Management Associate - Large Trade Format
PepsiCoThis role is to lead the agenda on THF Promotion and Trade Spend Strategy, cooperate with GM, Finance, Mkt, TMK, Shopper Insights, KAM to ensure we have promo optimization and drive trade spend efficiency, able to drive Savory share growth while continue delivering the best outcome on NRR, ROI, and uplift.
Accountabilities
- Mainly focus on Trade spend in Large Trade Format (Hyper & Cash/Carry)
- Recommend and encourage Commercial team to drive the best mechanic to drive vol, uplift, and market share.
- Identify key priorities for investment from current tools (i.e. Price elasticity, gain & loss analysis, ROI model, etc)
- Develop Trade spend for investment by PPG and accounts.
- Recommend KAM for investment priorities within responsible accounts.
- Apply consumer/ shopper insights to propose new mechanic to match with new opportunity.
- Setting up and influent key stake holders on promotion guardrails to Commercial team
- Tracking key success of key competitors
- Master / Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or related field
- At least 4 years of working experience in Commercial, Trade MKT, Finance related role in FMCG industry
- Consumer occasion understanding
- Robust knowledge on channel margin, trade spend requirements
- Sales, Financial, Trade Marketing background is preferred but not required
