TR Operations Payroll & Benefits, Lamphun Plant
PepsiCo- The role is accountable for local TR operations service delivery in all local benefit administration & payroll process for LPN Plant employees, ensure regulatory compliance, ensure effective quality control in local payroll process as aligned within HR GCS Audit control process.
- Working with HRBPs, HR COEs, TR Operation, and Finance on local monthly payroll process to manage all changes in cost center, salary, allowances as well as annual bonus payment being reflected accurately within proper timeline.
- Ensure salaries and other benefit allowances (shift, productivity, OT, time attendance) comply with the current legislation & resolve all LPN payroll related issues; executive payroll reconciliation process to ensure data accuracy as aligned for payroll audit key control
- Working with TR Operations Payroll & ERC (HQ) on monthly provident fund submission (new hire, re-join, withdrawal), PF switching investment plan, and employee contribution change requests; interacting with plant employees to fulfil their requirements for all provident fund change requests
- Working with TR Lead to manage employee related cost (ERC) of plant employees; ERD data analytical reports provided to plant HRBP and line manager as required
- Working with TR Operations Team for annual LSA process & local HL activities
- Initiate & create effective TR operations service delivery as well as driving & co-ordinating with all stakeholders to complete all productivity projects at LPN plant
- Organized annual health check-up for LPN Plant employees with program differentiate by age & health risk assessment; working with Plant Committee to get the best deal for company budget savings
- Working with EHS Team for Plant Safety Audit process in compliance to labor law regulatory
- Deliver plant performance reporting (Production Daily report, Manufacturing weekly & Monthly Report, Thailand M&W, Productivity report, etc. ) based on business requirements
- Ensure compliance with Thailand legal framework, local regulatory requirements, etc.
- Ensure adherence to PepsiCo’s policies & guideline
- Ensure good control in payroll process for internal & external audit process
- Execute off-line annual merit increase and bonus payout for Daily employees
- Work with TR TH Lead to Improve internal welfare & benefits with all internal parties for local competitive welfare management
- To support and lead global H&W and TR’s Healthy Living programs in the factory
- Manage payroll data validation (OT, time attendance, Shift allowance & other non-recurring payments ) for plant contractors
- Bachelor’s Degree in finance or Business Administration or related with working experience at least 3 years
- Good analytical/advanced Excel skills - ability to analyze and interpret data in order to communicate in an appropriate way to distinct levels of people both within and outside of the organization.
- Experience in managing payroll, taxation, social security, benefits, and labor law regulatory
- Good interpersonal skills with ability to communicate effectively across all levels and all functions of the organization
