- รับผิดชอบงานแผนกบัญชีลูกหนี้ ทำหน้าที่บันทึกบัญชีเกี่ยวกับลูกหนี้
- จัดทำเอกสารการขาย ใบแจ้งหนี้/ใบกำกับภาษีขายและใบเสร็จรับเงิน
- ตรวจสอบเอกสารใบกำกับการขนส่งสินค้า/ใบส่งสินค้าและเอกสารอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการขายสินค้า
- จัดทำการวางบิล-เก็บเงินและบันทึกตัดรับชำระหนี้ให้ทันตามกำหนด
- เร่งรัดติดตามยอดค้างชำระ
- จัดทำรายงานต่างๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับงานแผนกบัญชีลูกหนี้ เช่น สรุปยอดขายประจำวันและประจำเดือน - สรุปยอดลูกหนี้คงเหลือ
- จัดทำรายงานวิเคราะห์อายุของลูกหนี้ประจำเดือน
- จัดส่งเอกสารแจ้งยอดลูกค้าได้อย่างรวดเร็ว เพื่อสร้างความพึงพอใจสูงสุดให้กับลูกค้าและเพื่อสนับสนุนการดำเนินงานของบริษัทฯให้เป็นไปอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ

- การศึกษา ปริญญาตรี สาขาบัญชี
- สามารถใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ และโปรแกรมออฟฟิศพื้นฐาน
- มีประสบการณ์ทำงานด้านบัญชี AR อย่างน้อย 1 ปี
- ทำงาน 5 วันต่อสัปดาห์ (จันทร์ - ศุกร์)
- มีความคล่องแคล่ว ละเอียด สามารถทำงานให้เสร็จตามหมายกำหนด
