ILAWASIA CO.,LTD- Handle client inquiries regarding IP matters, including new applications, filing procedures, quotation, and other related issues.
- Conduct trademark searches and provide opinion of the registrability of marks or any recommendation to get the marks registered.
- Prepare necessary forms for client execution based on instructions.
- Assists in trademark and patent prosecution, file trademark and patent applications and report filing particulars, publication progress, and registration progress to clients.
- Report to clients and provide recommendations in case of Office Actions.
- Advise and support clients in IP enforcement and proceedings (e.g., oppositions, cancellations, assignments, licenses).
- Offer legal advice on trademark and patent matters in Thailand.
- Develop legal strategies, provide legal opinions, and be the contact attorney for clients.
- Prepare, review, and handle IP related agreements.
- Perform other necessary and required tasks related to Intellectual Property.
- Stay updated on changes in Thai IP law, system, and trends in the market.
- Liaise with government agencies and private sectors as needed.
- Perform other IP-related duties and administrative tasks as required.
