2. Sales Strategy and Execution:

• Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed targets.
3. Team Management:
• Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing customer service and sales team.
• Set clear goals and performance metrics for team members, conducting regular evaluations.
• Foster a collaborative and results-driven work environment.
4. Data Analysis and Reporting:
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for customer service and sales.
• Use data insights to make informed decisions and optimize strategies.
• Present progress and recommendations to senior leadership.
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
• Work closely with marketing, product development, and operations teams to align efforts.
• Provide customer insights to shape product offerings and marketing campaigns.
