- Plan TikTok strategy and manage all campaigns, activities & mechanics, lives, sale and prepare contents for TikTok ads
- Monitor TikTok sales landscape to ensure TikTok shop’s competitiveness.
- Align promotional prices and mechanics with Brand team to ensure the effectiveness on GMV growth.
- Understand key TikTok performance matrix on video performance and ads performance to guide team on enhancing influencer pool for brand.

- Prepare content for TikTok ads
- Monitor TikTok ads performance and make sure to make plan to uplift ads performance
- Livestream & Content monitor
- Manage Livestream mechanics including cost to uplift GMV and viewers.
- Host and manage TikTok Live sessions, engaging with viewers in real-time to increase brand awareness and product interest.
- Monitor and respond to comments and feedback during live sessions to maintain audience engagement.
- Collaborate with the team to plan and execute live streaming strategies.
- Create high-quality video content for TikTok that aligns with the brand’s messaging and target audience.
- Track and analyze the performance of live streams and content to improve future sessions.
- Stay updated on TikTok trends and best practices to keep content fresh and relevant.
- Coordinating & communication
- Maintain clear communication with TikTok Key accounts for prepare strategy, all supports (ex, price/coupon subsidy) and daily problem solving.
- Supervise TikTok Shop Assist(s) team to ensure smooth process for finance, payment, internal request functionality.
- Internal communication with multiple departments (branding team, merchandise team, Customer service team, Supply Chain team, IT team etc.) to ensure the day-to-day operation is smooth.
- Align with TikTok for visibility and ensure all visibilities are launched as we expect.
- TikTok shop operation:
- Good understanding of rules and regulation of TikTok.
- Ensure Shop’s health in terms of product PDP info, delivery on time, customer experience so to avoid violation of TikTok’s policy.
- Responsible for platform campaign joining and performance record.
- Responsible for Shopping Center operation including FS and Brand Deals Day to day operation.
- Set up seller vouchers or Platform Vouchers strategy and monitor performance of the voucher set and enhance the performance.
- Proven 2 years of solid experience in E-Commerce, TikTok platform
- Excellent analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making
- Self-motivated, driven, and resolute individual with a strategic mindset
- Possession of agility, demonstrating the capability to swiftly adapt to dynamic environments and evolving business needs
- Proficiency in steering complex projects from ideation to execution in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
- Proficiency in both English and Thai communication at a business conduct level
