Responsibilities:
- Budget management, Quotation, BOQ(Bill of Quantities)
- Prepare quotation and submission of tender/quotation
- Prepare and manage project schedule to ensure project completion within schedule
- Report on project status and take appropriate actions to ensure project progress is on schedule
- Project budget management
- Discussion and negotiation with Subcontractors /Vendors.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of working experience in Project Management
- 5+ years of working experience with the Office Renovation Project.
- Have knowledge for Budget Control (BOQ)
- Able to work within tight deadlines
- MUST be fluent in English.
- Enthusiastic, able to work under pressure, team player, initiative and strong analytical skill
- Good Personality, Leadership, Management, communication, problem-solving and planning skills are required.
- 5-day work week
