1. Responsible for organizing a review of the product structure and post-processing technology in the early stage of the new project/product and mold quotations;
2. Lead project members to solve difficult and complicated problems in project development, introduce new technologies and processes, and tackle key issues;
3. Manage the timeline of company projects (orders/DFM/trial molds/trial production/secondary processing/delivery, etc.);
4. Conduct process analysis and quotation for potential new projects, provide technical support, and promptly report to superiors;
5. Respond to different types of product projects and timely report project sales and payment status on a weekly basis;
6. Reasonable control of project costs, overall coordination of the entire project process operation, and performance evaluation of project members;
7. Undertake the planning, organization, tracking, coordination, and control of related projects, be responsible for the progress, quality, cost, and completion of the entire project, and be responsible for the successful delivery of products.
- Bachelor's degree or above.
- Good English reading and writing skills.
- At least 5 years of relevant work experience, familiar with plastic mold structure, injection molding, assembly, and spraying processes.
- More than five years of relevant work experience, with knowledge and practical experience in plastic molding and injection molding.
- Good communication and coordination skills, strong adaptability and logical thinking.
- Proficient in operating computer office software and K3 system applications.
- Understand ISO9001&IATF16949, ISO13485, and ISO45001 systems and the five major tools, and be familiar with using APQP/PFMEA/PPAP.
