Planning Officer

• Maintain delivery date in the system.
• Preparation of documents like production order, standard time, drawings etc. for production.
• Follow up status with production and discuss with Planning Supervisor.
• Control of production orders by completed and update information in the system.
• Take initiative in exchange of information between other departments like production, Shipping QC etc.
• Anything the Supervisor/Manager deems necessary.

• Male or Female Age 25-32 years old.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any related fields.
• At least 1 years’ experience in planning, production control, some technical backgrounds will be an advantage.
• Good computer skills. (Microsoft Office is required.)
• Good in English communication both written, spoken.
• Preferably have experience with Exact Software.
• Preferably have experience in planning.
