We are looking for a Training Officer or Senior Training Officer to enhance the competencies of individual employees by designing and conducting training programs that will boost employees workplace performance in alliance with company’s core values. You will be responsible for performing training needs assessments, designing and delivering curriculum and learning materials and for managing all phases of training interventions.

· Provide training courses for all types of cranes. using engineering knowledge applied to various courses.
· Prepare plans and conduct training for crane operators. office worker and others involved.
· Prepare training reports and measure training results.
· Support all new hire employees to understand the business via orientation and onboarding program.
· Other tasks such as preparation of training documents.
· Coaching skill and ability to build relationship, influence and motivate people.
