We are looking for a Training Officer or Senior Training Officer to enhance the competencies of individual employees by designing and conducting training programs that will boost employees workplace performance in alliance with company’s core values. You will be responsible for performing training needs assessments, designing and delivering curriculum and learning materials and for managing all phases of training interventions.
Key Responsibilities
· Set up a training system for all of the company. Since the preparation of the course training plan conduct training Able to be a self-training instructor Restart all.
· Ensure the necessary process about competency management, training road map, career development, organization development to drive employees performance that align the core value of the company.
· Provide training courses for all types of cranes. using engineering knowledge applied to various courses.
· Prepare plans and conduct training for crane operators. office worker and others involved.
· Prepare training reports and measure training results.
· Support all new hire employees to understand the business via orientation and onboarding program.
· Other tasks such as preparation of training documents.
· Coaching skill and ability to build relationship, influence and motivate people.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business, or any related fields.
• At least 3 years’ experience in a related position.
• Good communication and a strong passion to make an effective way of training people.
• Willing to work in a fast-moving and challenging environment. Happy to deal with operational tasks and able to work under high-pressure circumstances.
• Knowledge of Microsoft package sand experience of using recruitment databases.
• Good command of English (written & spoken).
