- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking and prospecting.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies and share best practices.
- Stay updated on industry trends, products, and competitors to provide valuable insights.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.
- Age preferably between 20-30 years old.
- 1-3 years of experience in sales is preferred, but enthusiastic fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Strong mindset of perseverance and a "never give up" attitude.
- Ability to handle pressure effectively and remain goal-oriented.
- Passionate about learning and personal development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Monday.com software is a plus.
