Payments Specialist
OBT INTERNATIONAL SUPPORT CO., LTD.INFINOX is currently in search of a Payments specialist to contribute to our global business and to join our dynamic team who will assist with the daily operations of the deposits and withdrawal functions within lnfinox Capital.
Payment specialists are financial professionals who handle the flow of money between clients and payment service providers. They also communicate with various parties to resolve any payment-related issues or inquiries.
Payment Specialists play a vital role in maintaining the financial health and reputation of the company they work for. This is a hands-on position and will require an individual with initiative and a drive to make constant improvements. The candidate needs to have strong organizational skills and be able to liaise with all levels of staff within the business. The job will come with the benefit of Training and development opportunities.
- Ensure that all payments are executed accurately, timely, and securely, following the company's policies and procedures.
- Monitor and verify the balances on payment service providers accounts, and to resolve any discrepancies or issues that may arise.
- Liaise with banks, payment service providers, and other external parties to facilitate smooth and efficient payment operations.
- Maintain and update the records and reports of all payment transactions, and to provide relevant information and analysis to the management and other departments.
- Comply with the regulatory and legal requirements of the jurisdictions where the company operates, and to adhere to the anti-money laundering and fraud prevention standards.
- Identify and implement opportunities for improving the payment systems and processes, and to provide feedback and suggestions to the management.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to the clients and the internal staff regarding any payment-related inquiries or issues.

● 1-2 years in administrative position, preferably in Financial Services.
