Customer Service Coordinator

2.Forecast monthly monitoring and manage delivery plan to customer with smoothly
3.Follow up/Pull in material supporting before shortage occurring
4.Negotiate with customer to extend deadline to wait an incoming qty (if have) to reduce AIR COST
5. Excell skill, will be advantage.
1. At least 1 years' experience of customer service of Inventory control in trading or manufacturing company
(Experience in trading company and automobile company is advantage)
2. At least 1 years' experience of managing import/export documents and processes
(Experience in Export entry in advantage)
3. Age 24 -29 years old
4. Conversational high level of English (TOEIC score 750+)
5. Able to operate PC and Microsoft Office (Outlook Email, Excel VLOOKUP/PivotTable/XLOOKUP)
6. Working experience in Japanese company
7. Working experience in Automotive industries or Trading company
8. Working experience in Japanese trading company
