Technical and customer support (IT Support)

- Train drivers, warehouse staff and customers using the system
- Track shipments and resolve issues with pickups and deliveries
- Managing communication with clients and stakeholders
- Gather data across a business, analyze it, and translate the results
- Interpret data, develop and implement data analyses, and maintain databases
- Preparing reports and presentations for management review.
- Be able to work 6 days per week
- Bachelor's degree or above in IT, Computer Engineering, Math or related field.
- Have a strong knowledge of data analytics and experience using SQL, and Excel, are preferred * (Skill on python is a plus +++)
- Strong English and Thai language written and verbal skills**
- Ability to work effectively with colleagues, clients, or partners in different time zones. ***
- Can work under pressure and tight deadlines
