4. Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and emerging technologies relevant to cosmetics through continuous research and networking.
5. Drive innovation by identifying and evaluating new ingredients, technologies, and formulation approaches to enhance product performance and consumer appeal.
6. Develop and execute project plans for new product development, including setting timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
7. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within allocated budgets, while maintaining high-quality standards.
8. Provide leadership and guidance to the R&D team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
1.Master's degree or higher in Chemistry, Cosmetology, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related field.
2.Minimum of 5 years of experience in color cosmetic product development, with a demonstrated track record of success.
3.Strong understanding of cosmetic formulation principles, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
4.Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret market research data and consumer insights.
5.Proven ability to drive innovation and bring new products to market.
6.Exceptional project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks and manage resources effectively.
