- Coordinating the signing of clients contracts.
- Research into clients company.
- Research into competitors and marketplace.
- Advise clients on best-recruiting practices.
- Sourcing candidate executives and managerial candidates.
- Contact executives and managerial candidates to sell opportunities and inspire candidates.
- Writing candidate analysis and recommendation report.
- Screen interview and evaluate candidates.
- Fully understand Client’s hiring needs.
- Liaise with client and candidate on the interview schedule and feedback from both parties after the interview.
- Following up with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain-up-to-date candidates information on database.
- Achieves sales target.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment agency company
- Good knowledge of candidates selection methods
- Strong communication skill in Thai & English and good interpersonal skill
- Focus on clients needs and build strong client relationships
- Work well under pressure and tight deadlines
- Effective negotiation, influencing and communication skills
- Highly motivated and sales driven
- Confident in initiating contact with prospective clients, candidates and business alliance
