Duty Manager

- Act as the primary point of contact for any issues or emergencies that arise during shifts, ensuring quick resolution.
- Provide exceptional service to guests, addressing inquiries, complaints, and special requests in a professional manner.
- Maintaining standards of service and hospitality.
- Lead and manage staff during shifts, including assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and providing guidance as needed.
- Ensure all staff adhere to company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.
- Handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently, ensuring the safety and well-being of guests and staff.
- Coordinate with security, maintenance, and other relevant departments to address issues promptly.
- Communicate effectively with staff and management in English, ensuring clear understanding and execution of tasks.
- Age 30-45 years.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business -Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the hospitality industry.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written, with excellent communication skills.
- Strong leadership abilities, with experience in managing and motivating a team.
- Proactive in identifying and resolving operational issues in a timely manner.
