Responsibilities
1.Manage the full cycle of the company payroll process including the development and management of payroll systems, coordinating payroll delivery, and responding to payroll inquiries.
2.Working on, salary structure, salary surveys, and providing recommendations based on research and analysis to the management team.
3.Delivering strategic compensation and benefits solutions, designing competitive packages, and developing a compensation structure.
4.Handling C&B review and benchmark to create a new policy to support business requirements and ensure cost-effective and competitive company benefits.
5.Controlling and reviewing the budget of compensation review, salary review, and bonus planning.
6.Lead to develop, implement, consolidate, monitor, and improve performance management system.
7.Monitor compensation and benefits programs and ensure their effectiveness and efficiency within the company context.
8.Provide the remuneration package proposal for New hire, Promotion and Transfer to ensure fairness within the company to retain talent and competitiveness among industries.
1.Age 35 - 45 years old.
2.Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
3.At least 5 years of experience in salary process.
4.Experience Market survey and Salary survey.
5.Have knowledge of HR practices and industry benchmark.
6.Strong compensation and benefit design background such as job grade design, salary structure design, benefit design.
7.Knowledge on labor laws .
8.Proficient in MS office, especially Microsoft Excel.
