Responsibility
1.Managing overall HR functions both HRM & HRD.
2.Develop implement and maintain HR Policies and initiate HR Strategy according to company’s direction and strategy.
3.Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
4.Supporting current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital.
5.Developing and monitoring all HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization.
6.Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.
7.Overseeing and managing a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
8.Reporting to management and providing decision support through HR matrix.
