• Present products to customers.
• Attract new client, make a connection with key account customer, and maintain relationships.
• Analyzing and finding the customer needs, setting the goal and strategy, including an approaching method.
• Sales activities (cold call, visit client, get orders, key in data to the system and suggest a candidate and service to a client).
• Explore new leads to increase sale pipelines.
• Develop and execute sales plans to achieve company's target.
• Seek new customers. Maintain relationships with old customers
• At least 2 years experience in Recruitment Agency (Sales in Recruitment agency is plus)
• Experience to hunting new clients.
• Skilled in customer service, negotiation, and presentation.
• Can work under pressure and able to hit sales target.
