3.Oversees the recruitment, selection, and onboarding of new employees.
4.Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.

6.Developing and monitoring all HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization.
7.Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.
8.Overseeing and managing a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
9.Reporting to management and providing decision support through HR matrix.
2.Minimum of 5 years of experience in HRM
3.Strong knowledge of labor laws and related regulations.
4.Leadership skills and adept at solving specific problems.
5.Excellent interpersonal skills and effective communication and coordination abilities.
