• Managing overall HR functions both HRM & HRD.
• Develop implement and maintain HR Policies and initiate HR Strategy according to company’s direction and strategy.
• Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
• Supporting current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital.
• Developing and monitoring all HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization.
• Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.
• Overseeing and managing a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
• Reporting to management and providing decision support through HR matrix
- Male or Female, 35-45 years old.
- Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- More than 10 years of experience in overall the human resources and general affairs especially in HRM/HRD.
- Positive personality, helpfulness, excellent communication skills and good interpersonal understanding
- Good knowledge of labor law, HR tools and processes.
- Strong leadership.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with integrity and discretion.
- Abilities to interpret data/figures with significant skills to create reports.
- Flexible, tenacious, and able to work under pressure.
