- Create overall marketing plan. Able to achieve the company’s sales and objectives through monitoring trends within the segments.
- Analyze market competitors in order to be adapted to the company's marketing plan.
- Develop and implement marketing plans.
- Monitor, analyze and report on all marketing activities and results.
- Providing strong leadership to the team member, ensuring high morale ,high performance, teamwork and good employee relations.
- Lead cross-functional teams to execute marketing campaigns, promotions, and product launches, ensuring seamless coordination between sales, marketing, and product development.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth and provide actionable insights to drive decision-making.
- Drive revenue growth through effective business development and sales strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, or vender ensuring transparency and trust.
- Seek and evaluate business opportunities.
- At least 7 years of relevant experience in marketing, brand in hospital ,Beauty Retail or similar industry.
- Bachelor's Degree / master's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field.
- Strong planning, time management skills and ability to multitask.
- Strong people management, good leadership skills, self-motivated.
- Good analytical skill and understand the digital marketing and trends.
- Fluent communication skill in both written and verbal English and Thai or similar industry.
