- Greet customers immediately with a friendly and sincere welcome, using a positive and clear speaking voice, listen to understand requests, respond with appropriate action and provide accurate.
- Ensure that the Executive Lounge equipment and systems are functioning at all times, and that the area is maintained in a clean, tidy and organized way.
- Receive special requests from customers and respond appropriately or forward requests to appropriate team members for decisions and actions.
- Answer customer questions and provide information about the hospital and surrounding area.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Be the face of the company in the marketplace at your designated work locations.
-Male or Female, 35-45 years old.
-Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
-Minimum 5 years of experience in overall general affairs.
-Strong leadership and communication skills.
-Flexible, tenacious, and able to work under pressure.
-Able to work multi-tasking in a fast-pace environment.
