Process Engineer Manager
Human Solutions and Consulting Recruitment Co., Ltd.- Lead efforts to optimize manufacturing processes, including assembly, testing, and inspection processes, to improve efficiency, quality, and yield.
- Collaborate with product development teams to ensure smooth transition of new products from design to production, including process validation and optimization.
- Implement and maintain quality control measures and standards to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and customer specifications. Lead investigations into process deviations and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Evaluate, select, and implement new equipment, tools, and technologies to enhance manufacturing capabilities and improve process efficiency.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives through data analysis, root cause analysis, and implementation of corrective and preventive actions to address process inefficiencies and quality issues.
- Provide leadership and guidance to a team of process engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability. Mentor and develop team members to enhance their skills and capabilities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, engineering, quality, and supply chain to resolve technical issues, improve processes, and achieve operational goals.
- Maintain accurate documentation of processes, procedures, and equipment configurations. Prepare reports and presentations to communicate key performance metrics, project updates, and improvement initiatives to senior management.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in process engineering, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role in manufacturing.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, equipment, and technologies used in electronic manufacturing.
- Experience with quality management systems, process validation, and regulatory compliance in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques for process monitoring and improvement.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and lead cross-functional teams to achieve objectives.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies is a plus.
