Production Manager

Our client are industrial factories, located Northern Region Industrial (Lamphun).

1.Planning and controlling production processes to ensure that products or services meet quality standards and comply with established standards, including planning and allocating resources for efficient production.

2.Managing human resources in the production department, such as job organization, recruitment, and employee training, as well as managing and solving problems that arise in production.

3.Controlling the quality of products or services by overseeing production processes to ensure that products meet quality standards as specified.

4.Planning and controlling production, including monitoring financial aspects, production planning, to ensure products are produced in the desired quantity and on time.

5.Managing projects related to the development of new products, process improvements, or other projects related to production.

6.Controlling expenses in the production department to ensure maximum production efficiency and effective control of the organization's financial requirements.
