Inviting applications for the role of Account Receivable Officer!
In this role, you will collaborate inside the company with members of the same team or other teams to accomplish the allocated tasks.
Responsibilities
• Daily cash receipt allocation with accuracy and in accordance with the cash receipt processing
• Handling invoicing and billing process according to the company practices and policies
• Ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of operations, processing and monitoring Receivable accounts and cash receipts, refunding and settlement processes.
• Recording the transactions and cash receipts related to account receivables for Month end closing with accuracy and completeness.
• Preparing Receivables accounts and cash receipt reconciliations to ensure accuracy.
• Cooperating with Sales team and Operation teams to receive the relevant information for the billing process.
• Performing the related tasks during the month assigned.
• Performing other related duties as assigned
RequirementsMinimum qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting as a minimum
• Relevant 1-3 years relevant experience
• Proficient knowledge of computers, the Internet and office automation
• Good verbal and written communication skills – Primary language as Thai and Basic English is required
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel - Able to do Pivot table, VLookup and complicated formulas.
• Ability to understand unfamiliar systems
• Detail-oriented, able to work under high pressure, well-organized and proactive
• A team player, capable of working together towards a common target.
