Customer Experience Account Russian & English-speaking Manager
A Customer Experience Account Manager is required for SKHAI Real Estate company based in Phuket.

We are currently seeking an experienced Customer Experience Account Manager to join our dedicated Team.
The Role:
• Take ownership of customer queries, concerns, comments, complaints and follow problems through to resolution.
• Prepare and amend contracts in cooperation with Sales, Legal and Management.
• Communicating courteously with customers by telephone, email, direct messages and face to face.
• Act as an intermediary between clients and Accounting regarding payments follow up, confirmation and invoicing.
• Resolving customer's problems by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem and following up to ensure a satisfactory resolution.
• Handling the after sales process including contract negotiation, drafting and editing, villa customization, up until the handover of the keys to the villa.
• Maintain an orderly workflow according to priorities.
• Be positive and ‘’ CAN DO” attitude
• Keen and well mannered
• Keeping the CRM system and all other systems up to date.
Job Requirements:
• Full working rights for Thailand only
• Willingness and ability to adapt and learn quickly
• Experience in customer service 5+ years
• Good knowledge of google sheets, emailing, task management and prioritization
• Ability to troubleshoot key issues
• Strong communication skills
• Excellent full professional level in Russian & English, reading, writing, speaking.
Previous experience in Real Estate and using a CRM would be an added bonus
