Responsibilities

Responsible for store operation to meet company profit value and highest customer satisfaction level

such as sales planning and analysis, motivate and drive sales forces , built team performance and etc.

Requirements

• Male or Female, age between 30 - 35 years old

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in any field

• At least 5 years experience in retail store operation or related fields

• Proficient in English both written and oral

• Computer literacy

• Service oriented/strong organization skill/motivating personality
