Sales Engineer (Control Valve)

- Managing and responding to customer requirements, enquiries or any complaints.
- Offering and persuading satisfying products or services to clients.
- Searching for new potential clients or expanding the market in a designated region.
- Establishing new, and maintaining existing, relationships with customers and suppliers.
- Achieving growth and hiring sales targets.
- Providing technical support to customers and ensuring our product functionality for the customer's application.
- Contacting and coordinating various activities involving sales and delivery of manufactured products or services.
- Making reports on a scheduled basis, including daily visit reports, weekly sales reports, etc.
- Providing training and producing support material for the sales team
- Education: A bachelor's degree in science/engineering, Chemical, Industrial Chemistry, preferably in related fields such as mechanical, electrical, industrial engineering or marketing
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Sales Experience: Strong sales and negotiation skills are essential. Experience in sales at least 1-2 years is advantage
- Experience: Experience in selling filters, control valves, actuators or hydraulic systems is an advantage.
- Knowledge: Knowledge in mechanical, instrumental or related fields is an advantage.
- English Level: Good command of the English language (speaking, listening, reading, writing, etc.).
- Customer Focus: A customer-centric approach is crucial, as sales engineers open work directly with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Teamwork: Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, marketing, and customer support to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the industry or market the company operates in is beneficial, as it helps sales engineers understand customer requirements and market trends.
- Having your own car, willingness to travel may be required to meet with clients, attend trade shows, and participate in training sessions in the country and abroad.
