- Planning and coordinating sales activities for the assigned group of products/customer
- Visiting major clients and potential clients with the team to develop and maintain good relationships
- Leadership and Motivation of Sales Team to Attain Sales Targets and Relevant KPIs
- Coordinate and plan technical work with various teams
- Act as a team leader APQP and RoHS, leading meeting on New products
- Provide/update the technical information and product policy to customers
- Conduct market analysis and evaluate marketing strategies to increase sales
- Bachelor Degree in related field
- Japanese Nationality
- At least 10 years of experience in relevant field
- Management skill, Leadership skill
- Required Language: Japanese (Fluent), English (Good), Thai (Fair)
