Responsibilities:
Sales Management:
- Sales Strategy:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence.
Collaborate with senior management to set sales goals and objectives.
- Client Acquisition:
Lead the sales and reception team in acquiring new clients through direct sales, partnerships, and collaborations and promotions
- Sales Team Leadership:
Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Provide coaching, guidance, and training to the sales and reception team, ensuring they are equipped with the skills to meet objectives. Monitor individual and team performance and provide constructive feedback and optimize strategies to meet and exceed targets.
Customer Service Management:
- CRM Strategy:
Design and implement CRM strategies to build long-term customer relationships, enhance customer retention, and increase customer lifetime value.
- Relationship Management:
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Customer Insights:
Conduct regular analysis of customer feedback, market trends, and competitive activities to identify opportunities for improving customer experience and engagement.
- Data Analysis:
Utilize CRM data to segment customers, analyze purchasing behaviors, and develop personalized marketing communications.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with Marketing team to ensure a unified approach to marketing and customer engagement.
