- Installation/Configuration & Technical support (Remote & Onsite Service) .
- Control and monitor service SLA/Project Time-line.
- Provide the technical details of proposed solutions (TOR/POC/Demo).
- Coordinate with Sales Team ,Vendors and subcontract.
- Perform tasks as assigned.
- Bachelor degree in Computer Engineer or related field.
- 3 years' experience or more in IT Solution / IT Infrastructure (Server, Security and Network (Wire/Wireless Technology).
- Experience in Solution design & Compile TOR will be advantage.
- At least 2 years experience in IT support/Network Engineer/System
- Engineer (CCNA,CompTIA would be an advantage).
- Good command of English.
- Able to work under pressure and time constraint.
- Fast leaner and keep up-to-date knowledges in associated technologies.
- Strong service-mind characteristics.
- Can work on weekend and upcountry depend on assigned project.
- A car and a valid driver's license are required.
