- Planning and Control of General Accounting
Responsible for planning and controlling the preparation of general accounting to ensure accurate and timely financial reports for management decision-making - Preparation of Sales/Cost of Goods Sold Reports
Responsible for preparing sales reports, cost of goods sold reports both domestically and internationally, as well as preparing VAT reports and accounts receivable aging reports. - Debt Collection Planning
Plan and follow up on debts that are due for payment to ensure efficient cash flow management for the company - Commission Payment Review
Review commission payment transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies. - Review of Accounting Documentation
Verify the accuracy of accounting documents for recording in the main company and affiliated companies
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting or related fields.
- At least 3 years of experience in accounting, especially in general accounting and financial reporting.
- Proficient in accounting software such as SAPor similar platforms.
- Good understanding of relevant tax laws, including sales tax and VAT, and the ability to prepare related tax reports.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with other departments.
- Ability to plan and manage time efficiently to ensure tasks are completed within deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for reporting and data presentation.
